Our GL Journal Importer add-on provides you with an easy to use tool for importing wage journals, general journals, auto-reversing journals and business partner journals straight to SAP® Business One.

With its built-in template wizard, template manager and Microsoft Excel integration, the import process is quick and easy.

Import CSV, text and Excel formatted files to SAP® Business One using templates created to map the file contents to the general ledger accounts. The GL Journal Importer add-on will check the imported data for accuracy before posting the journal.

SAP® Business One Journal Import

Featuring user defined bank import and export templates with default templates supplied to suit most banks, businesses can now quickly reconcile multiple bank accounts without having to manually enter their bank statements.

Post-Import processing functions will automatically move and rename your imported wage files to prevent accidental duplication.

When journals are one off, or a template isn't required, copy and paste the journal from Microsoft Excel using the Excel import function.

Print journal batches for final sign off and authorization and save and load journal batches for posting, for recurring postings, or posting at a later date.
